Visit our Bristol office
We're here to answer questions and help plan your journey
Our small office sits in Clifton Village, the same neighbourhood where many of our Bristol tours begin.
While most bookings happen online, we welcome visitors who prefer to plan their experience in person. Drop by during our open hours for maps, recommendations, or just a conversation about what makes the South West special.

During busy season (April–September), we're often out guiding tours. Email ahead if you'd like to ensure someone is available when you visit.
Get in Touch
Email:
[email protected]
We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, usually much faster. Email is our preferred contact method as it lets us send detailed information and itineraries.
What to expect when you visit
Our office is small and informal – more workshop than corporate reception. You'll find maps covering the walls, shelves full of local history books, and usually one or two guides planning upcoming tours.
We can answer questions about our experiences, help you choose the right tour for your interests, and provide recommendations for restaurants, accommodation, and other Bristol activities.
If you're already in Bristol and considering a same-day or next-day tour, stop by and we'll check availability on the spot.
Questions we hear often
Do you take walk-in bookings?
Sometimes. If we have space on a tour departing soon, we can add you immediately. But most tours require advance booking to ensure we have appropriate group size and transport arranged.
Can I book by email instead of using the website form?
Absolutely. Just email us with your preferred experience, preferred dates, and number of people. We'll confirm availability and send booking details.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes, our Custom Private Experience is designed exactly for this. We also occasionally run private versions of our standard tours for groups of four or more. Ask us about options.
What if I have mobility limitations?
Most of our tours can be adapted. Let us know your specific needs and we'll discuss what's possible. Some routes work better than others for limited mobility, and we're honest about what will and won't work.
Can you help plan a longer trip across the South West?
We're happy to provide recommendations even if you're not booking a tour with us. Come by the office or email, and we'll share our favourite places, routes, and local contacts.
Getting to Clifton from central Bristol
If you're staying in central Bristol, the easiest route is the number 8 bus from Broad Quay or Bristol Bridge. It runs every 10-15 minutes and takes about 20 minutes to reach Clifton Village.
By foot, it's a 30-minute walk from the city centre through some of Bristol's most interesting neighbourhoods. We can send you a walking route that takes in good coffee stops along the way.
There's limited parking in Clifton Village itself, but several pay-and-display car parks nearby on Clifton Down and Whiteladies Road.
A note about availability
We're a small team, and during peak season (particularly April through September), we're often fully booked several days in advance.
If you have specific dates in mind, we recommend booking at least a week ahead. For custom private experiences, two weeks notice helps us design something properly tailored to your interests.
That said, we sometimes have last-minute availability when someone cancels or we add an extra tour. If your schedule is flexible, email us even for short-notice requests.
